The service
PLAYBID is an independent game promotion and discovery service operated by Budger Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Epic Games. Platform trademarks and game artwork belong to their respective owners.
Your eligibility and responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the payment method. Anyone may sponsor an official game; a payment does not prove game ownership or grant editing rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of custom content you submit. You retain your rights and grant permission to display submitted material to operate the listing.
Promotion payments
Payments are one-time purchases of leaderboard advertising, priced in US dollars. Stripe may offer a local-currency amount, which you review before confirming payment. Every effective confirmed live payment adds to the associated game’s ranking total. There is no subscription, prize, payout, ownership interest, or share of game revenue.
Placement and review
Rankings change as other visitors pay. The #1 target is the leading game total plus $5 for the selected board; an existing game’s accumulated balance reduces the additional payment needed. No exact placement duration, audience size, traffic, revenue, or player count is promised. You can submit a listing and pay in the same flow. New or edited listings remain hidden until approved, even after payment. Payment does not guarantee approval. Listings can be hidden for rule violations. Only effective, confirmed payments count; refunds and disputes affect your ranking.
Refunds and support
You can request a full refund for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a new listing rejected before it appeared publicly. Other service problems are reviewed individually. Being outbid or receiving fewer visitors than expected does not by itself make delivered advertising refundable. Read the refund and cancellation policy and contact support. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Availability and your choices
You can browse games without an account. Submissions and purchases use guest checkout, without an account. An essential cookie protects your checkout session. Keep your private receipt link to check the payment; do not share it. Only the operator signs in to manage moderation. A listing can be removed or corrected through support. If checkout is unavailable, no payment can be collected through PLAYBID. Example listings and sandbox payments are labeled and do not represent paid endorsements.
