Refunds and cancellation.
One-time advertising. Clear payment support. Updated September 7, 2026.
Before payment
You can leave Stripe Checkout before completing payment. There is no subscription to cancel. An unpaid or expired checkout never adds a boost.
When a full refund is available
You can request a full refund for a duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong amount, or promotion of a new listing that was rejected before it ever appeared publicly. Include the order reference from your payment confirmation so we can locate the payment.
After advertising has started
Rank changes, being outbid, or lower-than-expected traffic do not by themselves qualify delivered advertising for a refund. If the service did not work as described or you were charged in error, contact us; we review those requests individually. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
How to request help
Use payment support with your order reference, the receipt email used at checkout, and a short explanation. Never send your card number, security code, password, or API keys. Refunds are reviewed by the operator; submitting a request does not automatically issue one.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears. Refunded amounts stop contributing to leaderboard totals. A disputed payment is excluded while the dispute is unresolved; if the dispute is won, its remaining eligible amount can count again.
Digital service delivery
There is no physical shipment. An approved listing’s boost starts after payment confirmation. New or edited listings remain hidden until review, including when you pay before approval. No exact review time, rank duration, or traffic result is promised.
